About the project
A clearer way to explore oxalate
Oxalate Info is an independent project that makes reported food values easier to search, compare and discuss.
Why it exists
Food lists can be difficult to use
Values are often spread across long documents and presented with different serving sizes. Oxalate Info organises reported values into a searchable interface with filters, favourites and comparison tools.
How to read the data
Reported values are reference points
Oxalate Info does not independently laboratory-test foods. Values may vary with the source, food variety, growing conditions, preparation and serving size. Compare the food and serving together rather than treating one number as universally exact.
Important limits
Information, not individual advice
This website does not diagnose, treat or create a personalised dietary plan. Kidney-stone prevention depends on factors such as stone type, hydration, sodium, calcium, urine studies and overall health. Discuss meaningful changes with a qualified doctor or renal dietitian.
